KIOCH [Kathmandu Institute of Child Health] is a not-for-profit organization established in 2017. It aims to deliver integrated multispecialty high-quality healthcare for children that is affordable, accessible, and available to all, thus advancing the Quality of Life of Children in Nepal, focusing on providing solutions to ever-rising healthcare needs and consistent poor health outcomes for millions of children in Nepal.

KIOCH is working to accomplish its aim by establishing a multi-specialty children’s hospital (hub) in the nation’s capital, Kathmandu followed by “spokes” or satellite centers established in strategic locations, at least one in each province. To reach its goal KIOCH is working in coordination with the Central, Provincial, and Local Governments. KIOCH has signed a Memorandum of Understanding of cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Health and Population.

KIOCH has started construction of a hospital building in Kathmandu on about 21 thousand square meters of land obtained from the Government of Nepal. Our 50 bedded KIOCH-Damak Children’s Hospital in Red Cross Complex at Damak is already in operation providing medical services to sick children of Koshi Province through this hospital. KIOCH currently hosts the secretariat of CAMHSAN.

BACAMH is the largest organization (with 700+ members) for professionals working in the area of child and adolescent mental health in Bangladesh since 2008. The mission of this association is the promotion of mental health of children and adolescents and families through training, service, research, advocacy, prevention, peer support and collaboration. Diversities of its members make it a unique body that includes psychiatrist, pediatric neurologist, pediatrician, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, special educators and social workers. BACAMH arranges annual conference every year and continue professional development and awareness activities through out the year. BACAMH gives priority for maintaining international collaboration and is a full member of member of International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Profession (IACAPAP).

The King Edward Medical University (KEMU) is the oldest seat of medical learning in Pakistan and one of the oldest in South Asia. It’s Academic Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is the largest in the province of Punjab, Pakistan’s most populous province. Our affiliated Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is one of a handful in the country and the only accredited training center for post- graduate training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Punjab. The Department of Psychiatry at King Edward Medical University is at the forefront of cutting-edge mental health research in Pakistan, a leader in clinical service delivery in Lahore and across Punjab and an acclaimed teaching and training center for medical students, psychologists, social workers and a host of other mental health disciplines. In addition to round the clock clinical services in mental health, we provide teaching and training to government bodies, non-government organizations and Pakistan’s legal and judicial community. We also collaborate closely with colleges and universities across the country and around the world to promote clinical, research and educational excellence in mental health. We are the primary referral center for all public mental health matters, and we work closely with our provincial and national governments in policy making and implementation. We also work in partnership with international organizations such as UNICEF, UNODC, WHO and other global agencies to promote mental health advocacy, awareness and research.

MHPSS.net is a global-south-led knowledge exchange platform (established in 2008) for mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) in humanitarian, development and peacebuilding contexts. The network serves practitioners, researchers and policy-makers in LMIC and high-income crisis settings, with over 10,000 members worldwide and users from nearly every country or territory. It works closely with the UN-led global humanitarian system as well as with regional and country-level mental health and psychosocial networks in Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and has been a key platform supporting MHPSS coordination and field implementation in major crises worldwide for over a decade. MHPSS.net also has a Sri Lanka team, hosted by the Institute for Health Policy, Colombo, which works across the country to develop interventions, conduct applied research and build the capacity of community-members, civil society workers, government personnel and MHPSS professionals. The team also works with adults and children in vulnerable and marginalised groups including with survivors of GBV, asylum seekers and refugees, post-conflict communities, LGBTQI+ persons and youth amongst others.

The AIIMS has comprehensive facilities for teaching, research and patient-care. Teaching and research are conducted in more than 49 departments and centres. In the field of medical research AIIMS is the lead, having more than 600 research publications by its faculty and researchers in a year. AIIMS also runs a College of Nursing and trains students for B.Sc.(Hons.) Nursing post-certificate) degrees. AIIMS retained the top position in the medical category in the National Institutional ranking Framework(NIRF) Ranking. HealthNet TPO is an international NGO working in fragile and conflict-affected settings since 1992. HealthNet TPO envisions a world where individuals residing in fragile and conflict-ridden areas proactively restore their own lives, health, and overall well-being. Our mission is to assist communities impacted by conflict or disaster in reclaiming control over their health and well-being. We firmly believe that even the most vulnerable individuals possess the inner resilience required to (re)construct a brighter future for themselves and their communities. Currently, HealthNet TPO operates in Afghanistan, Burundi, Colombia, and South Sudan. We have implemented over 400 medium and large-scale projects in Afghanistan. Our work is dedicated to improving people’s lives in areas affected by conflict and disaster. HealthNet TPO primarily focuses on the following areas: 1. Healthcare: providing essential humanitarian and PHC-based services to underserved communities. 2.
