For Domestic (Nepali) participants, the registration fees can be paid via online payments using the bank account information/ QR code provided on the conference website.
For Foreign delegates and participants, payment of registration fees will be done at the venue itself in the morning of the first day of the conference. Registration categories of early bird or regular will be as per the date of completion of registration for the conference, and the fees applicable will be in accordance with the registration category to be paid on day of conference.
Note: Only individual student, delegate, and delegate + accompanying person registrations well be accepted.
Accompanying persons of delegates in a conference are individuals who attend the event alongside the official delegates, but they are not participating in the conference’s formal sessions, meetings, or business activities. These individuals are usually spouses, family members, or friends of the delegates. In case the delegate is a person living with a disability, and the accompanying person is assisting the delegate to attend the conference, the registration fees will not be applied for this accompanying person.
Students will not be able to have accompanying persons.
Group/ Bulk registrations will not be accepted, this is to prevent logistical difficulties.
